So those who plan on recruiting yourself, don't bother unless you really want the mount. It's not worth the trouble for the experience bonus if you already have a full set of heirlooms. The cynic in me assumes that the main reason behind them nerfing the xp boost in the first place is so that the character boost was more enticing to players. Being able to level much more quickly like you could in the past with RaF was really great for both returning players on a new account or even just players who pick things up quickly. I get that they miss content when you level fast but many people hate the grind of leveling and only care about end-game content.
